Oaks has taken the place of the Fort Washington Home Show, so it is a seasoned show with lots of variety. September 13th, 2009Keystone HELP abruptly ended their $500 rebate for renewable energy systems. In the scheme of things, it was a relatively small contribution by the state to help promote and subsidize clean renewable energy for heating and cooling, but it was still 500 bucks!
The good news is, Keystone HELP is still providing low-interest rate loans for renewable energy systems. The loans are secured and unsecured, with terms as long as 240 months and rates as low as 3.875%.
